Brand New.

"F*ck you b*tch I'm actin brand new".

Took a trip to Ikea recently so get some NEW shit for my NEW room at my dad's NEW house. I only ended up getting a desk and hangers tho.

The directions were fairly simple.

After about an hour into it, it started coming together..

BMod Summer Auditions.

The audition process.. the time of the year when we look for new team members to help build the growing reputation of Barkada Modern. I've never been to summer auditions for this team before, but I keep hearing that this is the most they've ever seen for summer.

Can't blame them tho, there were a lot of people.

PAULJAMES was there helping out with support and selling tee's. Go to the sidebar and click on the PJ if you wanted one and didn't get a chance to buy one!

As Day 1 came to a close, BMod Board brought everyone in to talk to them about just what they're getting into.

AUDITION DAY.

I knew I'd be excited for these particular auditions cause I'd have close friends trying out for the team, Mike and Errol. Deng, with all of these guys on the team it's like Crunk Village all over again.

Biters..

The new members of Barkada Modern consist of:

Lee Briones
J Cabrera
Jairo Cuevas
Brian Francisco
Michael Franklin
Ronald Jackson
Thuan Nguyen
Jon Nguyen
Loren Robles
Rob Robles
Errol Romulo
Jason Wright

Congrats! It's gunna be one hell of a year this year so y'all better be ready.

Irvine High Class of '09.

CONGRATS JENA!

SanDeezy.

RJ, Neil, and I woke up in the early AM to head to San Diego last Sunday to watch Body Rock, but getting there so early, we had some time to kill so we hit the beach. Weather was kinda gloomy, but after about an hour or so, it was perfect.

I was planning on taking a shit load of pictures at Body Rock, but when I got there I heard that we couldn't take our bulky cameras inside so I had to leave it in the car.. poop.

Anyways, shoutout to Common Ground cause y'all shoulda placed, seriously.

56k.

Sorry for the lagging, again.

OH NINE.

Yeah, I know this was the name of one of my previous blog posts, but whatever this is more appropriate.

Entering high school I remembered feeling like the new kids to pick on, or the annoying freshman that had just finished their "cool" 8th grade year, until the class of 2009 came along. Funny thing tho, I have one of my closest friends in this class, and this class had given me my high school sweetheart. Watching them grow up from the freshman they once were to the freshman that they are now (college that is) is mind-blowing.

So I take this time to congratulate the Class of '09 for making it through another chapter in their lives successfully, and to wish them the best of luck for the unread pages in the book we call Life.

If you want to see the rest of the graduation pictures visit my FLICKR.

"Dude put this picture on your blog."

BIO 115.

These past couple of days have been nothing other than studying for this class. Friends would always ask, "Karl what are you doing?" or "DUDE I'M DONE WITH FINALS, LET'S DRINK!", but my reply would never change cause I'd say, "Can't.. studying for bio".

But today's the day I take this stupid final. The day all my hard work pays off.. hopefully. The day I finish the last final of my freshman year in college. The day I bid BIO 115 adieu. Wish me luck.

Yours Truly.

Come and Support!

Move If You Wanna.

MIMS!

A couple days ago, my Dad and Tita Genie made the final transactions necessary for us to finally get out of that apartment and move into a house. It's definitly something my Dad's been working hard for and I couldn't be happier for him.

So we packed and packed and packed until we finally got everything we needed into boxes and moved some things over to the new house.

It was weird seeing this closet empty cause if you've ever been to my Dad's apartment, you know how messy and shitty it's looked in the past couple of years.

I'm freaking happy to say that I finally get the luxury of having my own room! I mean don't get me wrong it's gunna feel kinda weird at first cause Gaston and I have always shared a room, but it's all good cause he's one door down.

It's a pretty sweet house. I get a good vibe from it.

SHOUTOUT TO MICHAEL FRANKLIN FOR HELPING ME OUT!

Pasghetti.

Mmm. Yummy.

Western HS Prom.

Prom... I remember that, back in the good ol' days. Makes me reminisce on the day that I was crowned Los Osos' 2008 PROM KING. Definitely one the best days in my young life.

But anyways, last saturday I had the privilege of escorting the lovely JenaMarie to her old high school's senior prom. Met some of her old friends, and that shit was poppin'. A good night fisho.
